The unit was everything we needed in a perfect location and at a very reasonable cost
. Richmond is a beautiful town and the unit is walking distance to bakery, grocery store, pub and everything Richmond has to offer. it was nice and warm, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern with a fabulous shower. I would stay again.

View of the Derwent river valley from the living area and deck was stunning. Apartment sited to take best advantage of the river and bush outlook. Facilities were very clean and welcoming.

It was located on the main street so it was easy to food and it had parking. I contacted the property if we could check in a bit early and they rang to yes and that it was ready from when we wanted to check in. The apartment was also very warm as outside was very cold and it was nice to come into a warm room.
The apartment was perfectly comfortable, spotlessly clean, in a lovely location, and completely welcoming of my little dog. The little secure courtyard was perfect.
We stayed in the one bedroom apartment the room was a great size! Nice modern toilet and bathroom, comfy bed and bedding, can’t beat the hotel food next door!
We stayed in the loft apartment "Convict" a great spacious room. Floor was a bit creaky and the stairs a bit narrow and steep for baggage but otherwise a very good place to stay. Great food and warm place for a drink in the pub part of the facility.
