Beautiful apartment in an amazing location - I attended a course at the medical university which is approx. 5 minutes away on foot. The connection to the city centre is also really good, the nearest tram stop is 3 mins away from the apartment, and you can get to the city centre in 15 minutes with the tram directly.
The host is very kind, also really helpful.

Absolutely stunning location of family deer farm above city. The host is amazing and was very helpful in letting us store our bikes in their house. the cottage although small is very well designed and the amenities (grill, fireplace, sauna) are readily available.

We booked this place as we wanted to escape from the New Year's Eve fireworks due to our doggo. It was the best place to do this. You could see the fireworks in the valley but hardly hear them outside and not at all inside. Access to personal sauna right in front of the entrance to the apartment was a cherry on top.
The hosts was very friendly. We even got champagne and fireworks. The apartment was very good and clean. The location of the apartment is perfect. The view is beautiful.
I highly recommend this apartment if you are planning to hike in the mountains nearby or sightseeing in Graz or just chilling in the sauna. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment has an excellent location. There is a beautiful view to the south from the balcony and thanks to the 900 metres elevation, there is clean air and perfect silence . Despite this the town of Weiz is just a 20 minutes ride by car.
The apartment is very comfortable and the kitchen is excellently equipped.
There is a sauna and sunbathing terrace exclusively reserved for this apartment.

Location is great. Close walking distance to shops, restaurants.. Has free parking on site. The host was helpful as he promptly fixed any issues I told him about. I had all the amenities I needed in the apartment. The apartment is also suitable for wheelchair users.
Location is nice and quiet but close enough to do the shopping. Lot of space in and around the apartment incl BBQ and pool. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, nice lounge, superb bedrooms.
Best however is the hosts that are supporting beyond expectation: bicycles, little purchases like sandwiches, BBQ. They are really there to make it unforgettable.
