Michael and Michael's mamma were polite and they care a lot about check in and explanation about all things of the apartment. The place is excellent also in winter as a summer because the apartment is close to the parking lot (shuttle free cost to the Gerlitzen lift) and next to the lake. A very clean little apartment, close to Ossiacher and Wörther see. Enough for a couple for a few days. Everything is working, simple, but very clean and cosy. Perfect for that money!
The facility is outstanding. It has a well-equipped JYM and Yoga studio, a spa area with saunas, a very good breakfast, and a public area (cafe, library). It is very clean and has a very Nordic design. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
Cleanness, apartment setup, ski-in and ski-out access to tracks, pool and saunas. Apartment's balcony was also great for enjoying the coffee and fresh air on a sunny morning. Beds were pretty comfortable too, rooms were perfect for for family stay
