Really well presented and comfortable apartment with perfect facilities for a family…the host has put a lot of care and attention into the property which makes for a great experience.
We only stayed one night but wish we could have had more time to enjoy the property and the area…especially the huge garden which our children lived exploring!

The accommodation is very nice and cozy. Nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. It has a nice balcony with a view of nature. The surroundings of the accommodation are fairly quiet. It has a very nice kitchen with enough dishes, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. Very suitable for tourists who just prepare their own food. I recommend it. The accommodation is quite close to the park&ride parking garage in Vienna, from where you can comfortably take the subway to the city center.

Splendid accommodation, very close to downtown Sankt Pölten and within walking distance to the train station but in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a supermarket nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend these apartments for a stay in Sankt Pölten.
This is my second stay at the Livero Apartments, and this says it all, as I don't usually return to the same place. But the first stay was so pleasant, even if we spent only one night, that we decided to stop again in this wonderful place. Comfortable bed, clean and tidy, elegant and quiet. This time we also enjoyed the garden.
The city center is also worth visiting, and the American restaurant across the street is not to be missed.
Livero apartment is one of the best accommodations we ever had. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and cosy. Everything was great! 15 min walk to city center, 4 min to the nearest bus stop, grocery stores nearby.. Very nicely decorated too. We stayed for 10 nights and felt like home. A very nice modern apartment, imacculately clean, well equiped with a very kind host Jacqueline who was very understanding and let us check out later. The kitchen and bathrooms are very practical, environmentally friendly. The whole apartment is furnished and decorated with care and taste.
This was a self catering apartment and had pretty much everything one would need except for a broom and dust pan. Everything functioned and it was nice to have an electric hot water pot and microwave oven.
