I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The stuff is super nice, friendly and caring. I stayed only 1 night and had not much time to explore the surroundings, but the owner still helped me make the most of my morning by suggesting some tips like enjoying morning swim in the lake, walking on the lake promenade and enjoying breakfast by the lake. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Klagenfurt, just a two-minute walk from the iconic Lindwurm and very close to the Museum of Modern Art. It was easy front of the door to pick up the keys. Easy to enter the code , what I got it a week before. Parking for my car was also perfect and free of charge. I can say location is 100% as well.

All facilities like swimming pool, beach (and the transparent lift), tennis court, gym were of high quality, well-maintained. Barbara, the owner, was so very nice, helpful and caring. Apartment is very large, beautifully designed and furnished. Great shower I have never seen before :-) Breakfast was food left in the fridge which we could cook, almost everything one can need (the only thing I missed was sausages, but I like to eat a lot for breakfast). Very nice welcome note was left in the flat, tourist information and candies. Getting keys arriving late at night was very easy, instructions were clear. Neighborhood is quiet.
