First of all, the location of the hotel is wonderful for those who want to explore the city and live like a Viennese. Right at the entrance of the building, there is a market where you can do your daily shopping. Additionally, right in front of the building, there is both a tram stop and a metro entrance. The apartment was clean, the kitchen facilities were excellent, and having a balcony should be an extra reason for smokers to prefer it. Before and after our stay, the team provided the necessary information promptly; everything was explained clearly, and they communicated very well.

The apartment is located very close to the metro station, in a fairly new building with an elevator (important in the case of heavy luggage or a baby stroller).
The hosts prepared a foldable travel cot at our request.
A good convenience is access to an underground parking lot, although the parking lot itself is located 5-10 minutes' walk from the apartment.
Next to the "Billa" shop and the Jade restaurant.
The apartment is clean, very nicely decorated (although it's mainly IKEA, but I'm not writing this as a complaint).
If I had to complain about something, the light in the hall didn't work and one of the lamps was blinking.
I highly recommend it.

The location is ok because is a bit out of the center, but well connected via metro or tram (if you prefer to enjoy some city view while going). Shops are there for you to buy, kitchen has the basic things to cook, if needed, working washer is there, no problem for us (traveled with 3 kids)
