The breakfast was awesome and the host was really welcoming! We liked the sekt and the chocolate for welcoming us in the room. Everthing was exceptional clean. Free Ötztal card is also nice to explore the area, we went to minigolf, bathing in the lake near ötz, drove the lift up the mountain and used public transport, all for free! We would stay again.

We had studio with awesome view to the mountains. The kitchen had everything you might need for cooking. The apartment was super clean. We appreciated ski room with ski boots heating. We met the owner and she was so nice and we felt really welcomed. Skibus stop is close, and the neibourhood is calm, so you can enjoy the rest after the day of skiing. We would definitely recommend and come back in future.

We came by car from Munich so getting the key in town from a lockbox was no problem. The apartment was so comfortable and had everything we could have needed. The kitchen had everything we needed, just make sure to bring oil, salt and pepper. The view from the terrace was beautiful and had great trails right from the hotel which was great since we were travelling with our dog. We hiked, climbed and did via ferrata during the day so having the sauana in the evening was the best way to relax. Highly recommend!

The apartment was clean and spacious, and most of what you may need for self catering is provided. There was parking available for our car right next to the apartment. It is also centrally located and easy to walk to the shop and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the accommodation.
We were genuinely impressed by the level of dedication shown by landlady, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of her customers. She was always available and eager to address any queries or concerns. Our apartment was clean and equipped with nearly everything might need for a comfortable stay.

Very nice and modern apartment, top clean, well equipped kitchen, great host, many little details as positive surprises (beautiful wooden beds, coffee, storage room, decorations, ... ).
The apartment was very clean, spacious and well maintained. In fact we felt as if we are the first family to occupy it. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. They deliver fresh bread and pastries in the morning from a local bakery. Markus, the owner was amazing, our flight was cancelled in Munich and we needed to return the rental car in Vienna instead. He spoke to the rental company for us and helped us to resolve the issues. All in all we had a wonderful experience, we will definitely return
Great apartment in a great location! The apartment was warm and clean, enough space for 3-4 people and included everything needed for a ski week. It is 15min from the Solden lifts, easy access with car and ski rental store across the street alongside a big supermarket with lots of products. Great view of the mountains and the bonus was definitely the close-by Aqua Dome thermal park. Bottom line it is highly recommended and we'll come back next year!
Nice studio, perfect for a couple travelling by car. It had everything we needed for a few days, I also managed to work from the apartment while my husband was skiing in Sölden. Skibus is nearby. The studio was clean and well heated. We didn’t really cook while there, but the kitchen seemed well equipped.
