The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The washing machine was easy to use (5euro). The staff were so nice and accommodating even late at night. We got two extra hours of late checkout for free. Parking was also free. Easy to get to.

The host was very nice, communication was extra easy with them. The lock combination for the keys didn’t work due to a minor issue, but in less than a minute he appeared and resolved it. Parking was super easy. I loved the fact that I didn’t had to leave my car on the cold street.

Simone and Dieter are great hosts. I already stayed at Kaiserreich I last year and was lucky enough to have Kaiserreich II available this year. Since I attended a sports event in the sports hall just behind the house, the location couldn't have been more convenient. The hosts really pay attention to detail with a complimentory bottle of water, a bottle of wine and some sweets on the pillow. Just amazing! The appartment was clean and the contactless check in is also very easy.

Very well designed, spacious and practical to the last detail. Nice balcony, bathroom for each room… I could go on. Free parking under the roof. For 5 people, it was the best price/performance ratio I’ve ever experienced. Would totally recommend for a stay in Graz.
