The host was very nice and very friendly. The place is well located in the city. Although the surroundings are not appealing the apartment itself is well equipped with full kitchen and really nice bathroom. There is a very small bedroom and confortable sofa bed in the living room to accommodate a child or two

We thought this accommodation was really homely and lovely. It's in a very quiet area which we really appreciate , and that along with the extremely comfortable bed made our stay peaceful and wonderful. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need in the kitchen as well as an exciting shower. And the family who own it are very pleasant and kind. They allowed us even to leave our bags until 5pm as we were getting the train. We hope to visit again next year!

We took the apartment and it was amazing, two floors on the lake shore.
It is a friends- family run place which is a bit hidden - so Dont expect a Starbucks close by- if you have select something from the menu you can be sure that it will be cooked with love by family and friends. Ask for a possible sailing boat rental in the summer. You might love the lake :)
Spacious apartment. Great location - close to the center of the city. Nicely decorated and very clean. We did self check - in and the communication with the hosts was good. The Wi-Fi worked well.
It is a very big flat, there is big kitchen with decent equipment, the hosts are really hospitable, can speak english and they didn't want any compensation from us for flooding the shower and apartment below, bathroom and toilet are renovated and clean, there was no noise from the outside, lots of space for parking
Pleasant resort few hundred meters away from Sevan lake, very close to Sevanavank monastery. All studios/apartments are located in separate small houses. The territory of the resort is well maintained, there are a lot of trees, a small swimming pool and a bbq place. Nice personnel. Parking is available in front of the restaurant.
