The apartments are modern and fully equipped (dishwasher, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, fast internet etc...) The staff didn't speak English but were very friendly and owner was very responsive via whatsapp to all our requests. The location is just in the middle between durres city (35 mins) and Tirana (45 mins) and there are a lot of nice restaurant around ("liqene I fshehte" on the lake, insean pasticeria for ice cream and desserts, grill house gesart etc..)

We went to Davids' apartment on the 9th of August. The owner of the property was quite nice and polite. The property was cleaned and well located. The beach was very nice with lots of restaurants nearby. I advised people to come and book this hotel as they won't be disappointed.

Located in an apartment complex (a village really) with about 5 cafes/restaurants and a single small grocery store. The apartment is very nice, with a beautiful garden under the shadow of big trees making it always cool. Walking around the complex seen nothing comparable. The apartment has lots of appliances, from toaster to washing machine. 2 min walking distance to a clean beach (rare in Albania) with shallow waters (safe for kids). Very nice host, super friendly, speaks very good English, helped us when the battery in a rented car died :) It was not a problem for us, but be aware: there's not much to do in the apartment complex or within walking distance, and public transport in Albania is non-existent, so you will most definitely need a car if you want to see the country.

Everything. The peacefulness and quietness of the area, much nature, beautiful garden, etc. Plus, the owner couple and also the neighbors are very nice. They're very kind and welcoming. If you don't have a car, there is one bus each every day from/to Tirana. There isn't a big supermarket nearby, but there are some markets and I could get groceries I needed.

The staff were amazing, we arrived very late like 2am and they wait for us . Very good location, peaceful , as we like quiet places. We had close a restaurant to have coffee and a 24h shop (wich was perfect) we love the fact that we have ac and wash machine. We will definitely come again. P.S beach ⛱️ was very close !
