A beautifully maintained property which the owners are rightly proud of. They obviously take great pride in their hospitality which we appreciated. Property was spotlessly clean. The lovely breakfast another thoughtful touch. I can’t think of any stay we have had where the owners have been more thoughtful. 10 out of 10 for them. Location was close to bus station and the commercial area but in a quiet area and 15 walk from historical part of town.

This apartment is a super brilliant find. Its right in the middle of town, yet tucked behind the restaurants and shops. Its on the ground floor, with just a few steps to get up to the entrance. It is a really big apartment, more like someones house. The living area is huge and comfortable with its own air conditioning system. the master bedroom has block out curtains and is own air con. Very comfortable bed with good pillows. The second bedroom with the two single beds is roomy and also air conditioned. All linen, including towels were lovely. Lots of hot water. Everything you can imagine was provided, to ensure you can cook your own meals. The kitchen was super supplied with plenty of pots and pans and cutlery and crockery and a coffee machine. Supermarket was just down the street (although it is quite a small one up in the old town, it had all we needed for breakfasts). Walk out the front and you are on one of the four main streets of restaurants and shops. We stayed here for four nights and felt like we were at home. It was just so comfortable and so well supplied. The host was brilliant and very responsive and helped us organise a ride across the border into Greece and down to Ioannina.

The apartement was really nice - the inside is like the classical gjirokaster house. Location - in old town, close to bazaar, castle and everything. We were able to park the car on the street, but have to say that the streets are really narrow and steep there so we only recommend to drive if you're an 'advanced" driver.

Roland, our host's father greeted us warmly, pointed out the dedicated parking spot and even helped with our luggage. He was very helpful, although could not speak Albanian we managed to understand each other. Everything was clean, it looked like it was just build. The hosts were responding very fast and were very nice. They even brought us something a few Heineken beers after we were already enjoying the appartment. Even asked for any pointers or defects in the appartment. The only thing we could come up with was the door slamming into the washing machine, but that was all. Also gave us a tip where to go and where to park cheap.

The apartment is within a short walking distance from the bus station. It is spotless clean and has everything you may need for a short stay. The landlord is very nice and helpful. We would love to be back for a longer stay some day. We definitely recommend the place.
The host was lovely, but the room we booked was not available. Communication between the host and Booking.com needs to be a lot better. Someone should have messaged us before arrival letting us know that the 2 bedroom apartment was not available. We were in a small, damp twin bed room.
The view and location are stunning, overlooking the whole town but easily walkable to everything. (Beware some slight hills coming home but that’s what you get for the view!)
The owner was lovely and picked me up from my taxi when arriving late at night to make it easy to find.
Actually had the whole place and veranda to myself as the other two rooms weren’t occupied - was heaven!

Most modern apartment we had in Albania. Very new and clean. The host was very responsive and came within minutes if we needed her. And a few minutes walk from the old center. Would go back there in a heart bit.
Mind that this apartment has common bedroom + living room space, not separate rooms as described in the offer. Nice place for a short stay in Gjirokaster, no parking problems so if you have a car you can stay outside of the crowded tourist area. Very comfortable beds, all amenities worked and the host was very nice :)
Lovely quite modern apartment in an old beautiful building, but the main factor of this apartment is the lovely balcony with an amazing view. Short walk to the bazaar area etc . Quite steep for a short stretch coming back but worth it for the view
We had a lovely stay at Jani Studio Apartments. Everything was super clean and the bed was the most comfortable one we slept in at our vacation in Albania. The communication with the owner was via WhatsApp, which made it very easy for us. We would definitely stay again at Jani Studio Apartments.
We really loved to stay here. The host was super kind, the service was amazing, I loved the bathrobe it was the best and softest I’ve ever felt! The hygiene was perfect and it was the first room that really felt like a ‘hotel’. We’re from the Netherlands and most of the accommodations here in Albania are apartments, but Jani Studio felt like a high class hotel room. Compliments to the engineer and the host. Would recommend to everyone, this was part of our honeymoon.
The studio apartment interior has very recently been renovated to a high standard. Excellent facilities, very comfortable (single) bed. Good location in the flat 'new' town area (as opposed to up the hill in the old town) - very convenient for onward travel by bus. Owner was very responsive.
