    Staff at reception (Shiri & Amaan) were very helpful on arrival and when checking out, allowed everything to go smoothly. Room was very comfortable. If we go again I want to stay longer and hopefully when the weather is better, this was the only issue it was a short stay and no time to really relax and enjoy.

    the 3 star hotel i’ve been too! the beach was amazingly beautiful! even at night i get to sit there and just listen to beach waves. staff were very friendly. thank you Bryan for the smooth check in and check out. another thing is i get to park my car just outside the apartment. and most specially….. dogs are welcome

    The staff at reception were very polite and helpful - they gave us a late check-out and upgraded us from a studio to a villa free of charge. The villa was very clean, spacious, private and even included a kitchen. The bedlinen was fresh and clean and the bed was very comfortable. To be honest this was much more than we expected for this price and we were really happy!

    It was our first time to book our stay at Pearl Hotel, we like the room that was allocated for us, upper floor and with the view of the pool and beach. I like the staff from the reception, pool attendant and restaurant (Barako and Backwaters), they're all smiling and approachable. opposite to the reviews i read. Quiet and peaceful place to relax from a very tiring week, too bad we didn't try their SPA, was too busy swimming on their pool. It was a short stay, but we still able to relax and enjoy :) We will definitely comeback soon!

    The best thing about this hotel is that it's pet friendly. The room is ok but the pillows are so uncomfortable, we had the superior studio. Also the view is very nice as it's pool and sea view but no balcony. Beach and pool are good, they have 2 pools, one with controlled temperature and the other is not. The good thing also is that the pool closes at 11:00pm.

    The remaining staff was very accommodating and helpful. The facilities were good, even though was a short stay I was able to relax and enjoy. Live the fact that there is pool and beach, and a lot of activities that can be done without the need to travel far. Will be back soon
