Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the fireplace in the 2-bedroom apartment at The Penthouse at Grand Plaza. Along with a fully-equipped kitchen and 3 full bathrooms, the apartment includes a dining area, laundry facilities and 3 separate balconies. We stayed on an apartment on the 52nd floor of the GrandPlaza. The apartment was fantastic with great views over Chicago city. It was superbly equipped ,spotlessand well appointed. The apartment provides access to a pool ,gym ,walking track and etc. The apartment had cleaning products and a small supply of goods to get you underway. The beds were very comfortable The apartment is well positioned next to the underground train station.Lots of outstanding eateries nearby. The booking was dealt with by email. Jim and Jeri- Lou sent welcoming email with lots of details. The check in was seamless and we were made very welcome by the concierge.
