Set on the beautiful Kona coast, this tropical resort features an oceanfront sun deck, swimming pool and hot tub. The shops and restaurants of downtown Kailua Kona are just 1.6 km away.

A private balcony and a kitchen with dining table are found in each bright, exotic suite of Kona Reef by LaTour Hotel & Resorts. Cable TV and laundry facilities are also available. I stayed at F4, and it was amazing. Sparkling clean, they have everything you need for a pleasant stay: all kitchenware (really, everything) , beach chairs, umbrella even snorkels although we didn't use it since we had ours. There are some people that actually live in the complex and they were very friendly, so were the other guests during our staying, which made wonderful memories from our time in the pool. It is walk distance from the village.

Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this resort in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii features an oceanfront outdoor pool and spacious suites with a fully equipped kitchen. Kaloko-Honokohau Historical Park is 5.5 miles away. The facilities are fantastic and staffs are super warm. Our room was updated to two bedrooms given we have a child together with us. The view is amazing and very convenient location, there’s a market just opposite the road and only 10 mins drive to Kona downtown.

The condo is part of Kona Islander Inn complex, but this particular one is directly handeld by Chris and Heather, as I believe every condo may have different owners. The condo is very clean, smartly furnished so that there is quite a lot of free space but also a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and storage. A small balcony/terrace completes it. The Inn has a common laundry but we didn't use it. The location is literally in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Communication was good! Chris & Heather gave me all the info via the Booking messenger and they were always ready to answer: I asked for a late check out on the last day (2pm instead of 11am) with 2 days advance, and got answered quickly that was possible (extra fee required). We always found a free parking in the parking that serves the whole Inn, but I have the feeling it might become limiting in higher seasons. So overall we were really happy with this choice.
