There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The property is 300 metres from the city centre and 11 km from Church of São Lourenço. I found the place quite spacious, everything in the appartment is new, the host provided coffee, fruits and water, very nice to have once you arrive. I liked the big balcony, my room had the view on the back side. Just note that both doors can be opened and make sure to close both when is windy. They are even providing cleaning service during the stay, not so usual for appartments. There is an elevator in the building, very helpful when you need to bringing luggages up or down. The building is in a quiet area. Bus station is less than 10 min walking distance.

The fully furnished apartments come with a kitchenette including a Great studio apartment in a great location. Manta Rota is a great little town and apartment situated a two minute walk from the Main Street down to the beach. Supermarket, restaurants and shops all close by and it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the sandy beach. Apartment was very spacious and clean and had all the facilities and the bathroom was a very good size. Had a nice size balcony that overlooked the pool area and surrounding countryside. Check-in was very easy and the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. All the staff we met were very friendly. Pool area is cleaned every day, plus during our stay they cleaned the apartment and gave fresh towels and made the bed.

It offers 2 outdoor pools, a fitness centre, and a health club. Reception was friendly and efficient. Apartment was spacious, clean and sufficiently equipped. Recycling bin in the kitchen. Bed was comfy. Heating worked well. Location is very good.
