Set above a salon and convenience store, it offers free WiFi access throughout the property. golden gate has been my choice when staying in dumaguete. The location is at the center of everything, few blocks away from the boulevard, they have 7-11 right below the hotel, across of it are nearby pharmacy, market (where you can buy budbud - their delicacy) and places to eat.
