The place offered great facilities and was very close to public transport. There was plenty of space, the bed was comfortable, the view was good, and offered plenty of comforts of home. The staff were very helpful and even forwarded our luggage for us to a future accommodation address. To top it off, there place presents very well, and there is a koi pond in the front with plenty of large healthy looking koi in it.

The room was quite big, the floor beds allowed us to have our baby sleep with us safely. Minimalist room allowed our baby to explore without us constantly worrying about them getting hurt. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t use it much. The location was perfect to explore both Kyoto and surrounding areas. Many lovely small temples walking distance and some of the main one as well. Very helpful staff.

We were surprised at how the kitchen was equipped with utensils, plates, bowls and anything you needed to cook with, even tho we didn’t cook it was nice option to have. Always handy to have a fridge, microwave and toaster oven handy. Able to eat as soon as we got up to get our day going, and always had snacks ready for our late night cravings. The size was great, having travelled with 3 kids. It was clean. Location was great! We would love to come back again and for sure will come stay here!

The room was larger then most places we stayed at in Japan. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed as a Family of four. The check in instructions were the best and easy to follow. The hotel staff was always available through chat to answer questions and take care of our needs. In the lobby they had a Nesspresso Coffee machine and a freezer with free ice cream that my son's enjoyed. Was one of the best stays we had in a booking.com property. The location was near everything and the property was in a very quite neighborhood.

Furnished in a elegant Japanese style. Location is very god as it is a bit outside the very city center but close to many very important temples. I loved the early morning or evening vibes with streams of water running through the narrow streets of the quarter. staff is very polite and nice.

A bicycle rental service is available at the aparthotel. Everything was perfect! The rooms were perfectly clean and we felt very comfortable staying here.
