Close to beach by walking 5 min, restaurants and bars. Eduardo was great host, supportive and friendly. 20 min to Portoferraio. Definitely we would like to come back for longer stay!

Offering a barbecue and views of the sea, Villa Cecilia - Appartamenti is situated in Procchio in the Elba Region, 42 km from San Vincenzo. Follonica is 44 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days. The beach is just down the street, the host Cecilia was very nice and helpful, and the property itself, as well as the area around it, are stunning. We enjoyed many nice sunsets from the balcony. Absolutely recommend!

Apartments feature a fully equipped kitchenette. I liked everything. Very beautiful area where i lived, the house is new clean and cozy, i had my own terrace and bbq. The best thing that it’s near to 2 beaches which are so nice. And of course corse the owner of the resedence is such a pleasant guy! Ciao Tommaso, grazie for getting me from and to the harbour!
