There are many local Indonesian and international restaurants steps away from Beach Melati Apartments. Great staff, close to restaurants/bars and beach. Rooms cleaned daily and nothing was an issue. Security at night and felt very safe. a great place to stay with multiple families as only a small complex. Prompt and helpful replies to all questions prior to and during my stay. would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The staffs were very friendly and very accomodating. Highly recommend it to my friends and relatives. The location is perfect for me as its quiet and very relaxing.

The small&beautiful Portobello resort is about 2km outside the Ubud City Center. You can rent a scooter or a taxi from the hotel or just take a “Grab” transfer. We’ve appreciated our private infinity pool 🤩! Breakfast was good! We’ve liked the massage services at the room provided by therapists from the neighbourhood! We can recommend the private day trips with the hotel driver Imadi. All hotel services were provided with fair rates!
The property is freshly painted and looks good from the outside. The pool is open early till late and the bar and massage staff were amazing ! The pool bar was staffed til 10pm. The staff were Lovely and friendly with our kids. The massage service is awesome and well priced for a hotel service - they were also always willing to help out.
This extremely nice hotel, which we loved, was originally supposed to be our stay for only 7 days, but we ended up staying for 18! The cleanliness and the amazing beds were the main reasons for our extended stay. However, the best part was the hotel service, with staff always smiling and willing to help, especially Ryan from housekeeping. He always had a smile on his face and helped immediately when asked. Ryan is a very efficient and dedicated worker who deserves a raise! Overall, the hotel was amazing!
Everything about here is perfect. It is a lovely and peaceful stay. The staff is amazing. The manager Mr Ivan is very helpful. The food is delicious. It is very very clean as well. They have 5 stars hotel service.
It's just decent apartment hotel with a restaurant n a pool. Although very close to airport the road is super busy . Mind it.

I enjoyed the partially open bathroom with a shower in the garden. I didn't do anything in the hotel, nor did i eat there. The Hotel is build something like an open area apartment Hotel, with Pools and areas to sit down outside some of the rooms. Very clean rooms, nice staff (speaking good english). There is a Supermarket and a bar right next to the hotel, and you get a big fridge in your room.
We felt more than welcome here, it felt just like part of a family that adopts you for a few days and takes good care of you. The villas are exceptional with so many beautiful details and we will never forget this holiday. In our fairytale vacation here we tried all hotel services from private yoga classes, room massage, room service, pickups, motor scooter rent and day trips. All were exceptional! Thank you to the entire team here!
