The customer service they provided is outstanding and a lot of places could learn from them. Nothing was too much for them, they were effective communicators, listened and helped where possible. They were really kind and always made sure we were looked after. We had the superior gallery apartment which was perfect for us - 2 adults and 1 child. Modern apartment, beautiful view over the pool and sea. The kitchen is equipped to a minimalist standard and like most self catering apartments, you need to get your own provisions such as toilet paper or soaps, but that’s pretty simple. We liked that it was in a really quiet area about 5 minute drive from Old Trogir, close enough to a beach, supermarket and some restaurants and far enough from noise. The resort was well kept and clean. Everyone was always friendly and willing to help out, offered us a new apartment when we had a little incident where a drain wasn’t working well and in general, always ensured we were looked after. I will definitely return - the receptionist, the kitchen staff, maintenance, the cleaning team are all fantastic.

The host was very kind and the apartment was spotless clean and equipped very well. Everything in it is brand new. The location of the apartment is perfect, you need less than 2 min to get to the beach and your private parking and supermarket are within 50 meters. It is located 100 metres from Grbavac Beach and features a lift. There is parking on-site and the property provides an electric vehicle charging station. A-MA-ZING! This place is perfect for beach holidays with family. Breakfast ist fabulous, every day super fresh fruits and vegetable salad. You don't have a choice of 20 different dishes (usually you don't even need so many), but variety of food is just enough, each dish is delicious. You get 2 welcome drinks! At the same place you can have lunch, dinner and cocktails. Coffee is amazing too! I took cafe latte each morning. The staff is great, attentive, looking for compromise and giving great advice. Beach is great, clean water, free umbrellas. Pool is also perfect alternative. There is also a pool section for children. In 10-15 min. walking distance are some supermarkets and pharmacy and in few steps an ice cream stand. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped with stunning sea view. There is free parking and elevator.

With mountain views, this accommodation provides a terrace and a swimming pool. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Although a sumptuous breakfast was available brig an apartment hotel cooking facilities were available in the room.I can honestly say that the Flora is the closest thing to perfection.Being located in Tucepi makes the Flora a very difficult place with which to part company.The mountain view balcony with its incredible sunsets is the perfect end to a perfect day.
