The main complex is 200 meters away, it features a restaurant, coffee bar, souvenir shop, gym, massage, as well as car, bike and boat rentals. Clean room, clean pool. We got an upgrade, the apartment was exceptional

The property exceeded our expectations, very modern and clean, everything smelled so fresh. It was one of the best self catering accommodations we have ever stayed in. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The parking is available at the property or on the street outside the house. The city centre it’s only 10min away on foot. It’s definitely a very good value for the money, some of 4 star hotels we have stayed in the past, weren’t as good as this place.
The studio was well equipped for self-catering & the little balcony table & chairs were great for a morning coffee. There is a nice view of the harbour & the terracotta roof tops. It was short walk to all the restaurants & patiserrie.
Location is excellent near to the sea and the town. Lovely walks near by. Large rooms with good self catering facilities if required.
Fantastic place to stay in Rovinj. Comfortable, cozy and good price for the quality provided. Very home-like. But the most improtant factor about it are the hosts. The owners are lovely and caring people and they really know how to make you feel welcome. They were very helpful and accommodating and really made us want to come back in the future.

Excellent stay. Small apart hotel with great and clean rooms, very friendly owners. Our room even had a small kitchen and extra space for the children. Bed is very wide, everything is new. Spacious shower, tasty breakfast. Good location, only 15 minutes walk from old Rovinj town, couple of nice restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood, lots of beaches within 2 km from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.
A quiet suburb of Pula, really handy for the airport. Well equipped with everything you need in a self-catering apartment. Host was lovely.
The location was super, great hotel and friendly staff. The room was self-catering, which we like. Bed was comfortable. There were a couple of English channels on the TV, which was a treat to be able to watch. The view from the pool area was gorgeous. There were restaurants and shops all in walking distance to the hotel as well as some quaint beaches. Some beautiful areas for walking and exploring. We highly recommend this location.
