Let's start with the exceptional staff Alexandra Almas as well as Yvonne were charming and extremely helpful The apartment was large, bright, 'super clean' good quality kitchenware Matress was perfect with luxury quality sheets and plenty of towels We loved the balcony with it's privacy looking out on a lovely garden The elevator was a plus the easiness to use the thermostats and the quiet of the building made our stay so outstanding that we are planning to return again next year Pringy is very close to Annecy and I don't think the location could be better It was just PERFECT

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable, good kitchenette. Great to have a UK and a European pillow per bed. I like that the kitchen cleaning kit was sufficient for a week (often get 2 dishwasher tabs!) The ski locker was amazing, glove, helmet, and boot warmer / drier, plenty of space. Lots of hot water and good pressure. Great location opposite the lifts Pool area was lovely

Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. It's a pity that I did not have a chance to utilize the pool or spa. What impressed us a lot is the pure facility which is very comfy and clean, among great location. And the facility staff name Philippe was so helpful and very nice.
