We paid 17 euro for this stay! With private parking! In whatever curency we had! In winter! I don't know how this guy manages to offer such services at these prices but it's amazing! About the room: clean, comfortable, everything there.

It's a bit far from the centre but we preferred the quiet. There are some really good restaurants within walking distance, and the beach is right there. Breakfast was big and the best we had on our holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony.

I enjoyed staying in a lovely comfort room at Nikaj Apart Hotel. The room was clean, with a minimalist yet inviting interior design made for a cozy atmosphere. The hosts were very friendly, offering a warm welcome. Being conveniently located near the main road of the center area made exploring easy. I had a great experience and will definitely return.
Exceptional and spacious accommodation right in the heart of Sarande. I particularly appreciated the amazing sea view over the bay of Sarande from the accommodation's balcony. This place is exceptional value for money, being very spacious with an excellent and well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. There's a Spar supermarket a very short walk away, and the bus stops for Butrint, Tirana etc. are also a very short walk away.
This is a somewhat extraordinary hotel. The decoration is cosy and home-like and might not be to everyone's taste, but special it is. What we particularly liked is the attention and service offered by the hotel owner. The breakfast, served on table, is excellent - including nice yoghurt, fruit and good coffee. The hotel has a terrace, partly occupied by elderly from the neighbourhood, a nice occasion to view everyday life. The owner offered us free team which was a nice gesture.
The place was only a short walk from the ocean and had a lot of shops near by which made it easy for the self catering. The price compared to the resorts was about half of those so great value and had everything in the apartment needed. Even though they didn't have a washing machine there was a laundry service only a few steps from the building. Overall me and the family had a great time staying at Sunny apartments and Andy was a great host only a phone call away if I needed anything or had any questions.
This is a really good self-catering option in Himare and I really enjoyed my time here. Everything in the room seemed to be new. The room and the corridor area were very clean. The bed was gloriously comfortable and the room itself very spacious. Wifi was very good. There's a gorgeous view over Himare town and the bay from the property. Margarita and her mother are lovely and deliver a very good service. I was welcomed with a bottle of water and fruit juice. Margarita was always on hand to give local advice and recommendations.
This little family owned apartment hotel was really the perfect accomadation during our stay in Ksamil. Close to the Beach, just a short walk to restaurants with an amazing view. The owners are very guest friendly and helpful with everything You need. You felt like one in the family and They make You feel very welcome. It was clean and You had everything You needed. Highly recommended and We Will for sure choose this accomadation next time in Ksamil. 10 out of 10!
We liked everything.We stayed 2 night in the end of June,and we booked 5 rooms for 5 families. We had a wonderful stay,warm welcoming,clean rooms,hot showers,air conditioning,spacious balcony and room. Everything was brand new and this was a recently opened hotel even though its owners have been in this business with different hotel services for kore than 20 years. So far this past few years, I think this is the ONLY HOTEL IN KSAMIL I WILL BE GOING BACK AND VISITING AGAIN.
We were very well received. Apartment with a lot of quality, modern style, good furniture and close to the beach. With the reservation at the ApartHotel we have access to the private beach and to the restaurant where meals are served. There is also another restaurant and mini market right below the accommodation. We enjoyed it so much, we would book again!
Great self catering apartment with fantastic views over the bay to Corfu. The quieter end of Sarande with not much in the way of nightlife but a shop was across the road which was very useful. The apartment itself is fully equipped and has everything you need. Communication with Kristina was great all the way through and she was on hand when we needed a repair to the outer shutter. There was a maintenance man round within an hour! Easy to check in and out. And a parking space on site - although there was plenty of space on the main road.
Very comfortable and enclosed essentially an aparthotel. Accommodating hosts who waited for us to check in later than advised, allowed us to store/wash/service our bikes. Laundry done very quickly for €3. Great breakfast. In response to other reviews… the road is asphalt to property and safe parking if needed. Safe neighbourhood - it’s Albania… Shops nearby. 15min walk to centre.
