They blame Booking.com for false advertising (That's rubbish. THEY changed things as we went along, their excuses were unbelievable)
Free Airport Shuttle was NOT "free". Both ways were in fact by private UBER owners, and payment was sought from us.

We refused to pay, and admit that with this attitude, we were NOT evicted.
Everything was a "TRY-ON"
On the night of our visit, the overnight temperature bottomed out at 1 Degree C/grade. and provision was only one blanket per bed with no reserve blankets provided. Grossly inadequate
After begging, we DID eventually receive more - to a satisfactory level.
The room itself was ok, but we spent a great deal of our holiday time (too much) trying to get things improved to the
level as they had advertised.
Certainly, they are untrustworthy.

It was well located close to motorways. Staff were friendly and the room well equipped.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.

The property is worth every cent. It’s beautiful from booking, administration and service. The water is hot 24/7. It’s like an apartment, there’s sleeping room, kitchen, bathroom and lounge all available for you. It’s beyond expectations♥️🔥💯rating it is an understatement, all I can say is that I loved every moment stayed there. OMG, it could be perfect for a self catering weekend away, it has got a bar fridge, stove, and other kitchen appliances including heater. I can write a book😄just to cut it short, it’s affordable and worth it

Everything was good the only thing that was missing is mini fridges and micro waves inside the bedrooms. as it is a self catering facility so I have to eat dry food in the morning during my stay and to drink some left out hot drinks some of your customers might experience problems in ordering fresh food from outside outlets
