Firstly, Elena, the host, went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay and have everything we need, including getting us a little birthday cake to celebrate my partner's birthday! She was always available to help and answer questions and provide tips on things to do. The suggestions she gave us for restaurants were all great. She also recommended a wine tasting tour which we also really enjoyed The apartment we stayed in was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the the room was quiet over night. The apartment complex also has a few parking spaces (though i recommend informing the host if you are bringing a car to ensure there is a space). Location wise, it is a walk away from the train station (not the most fun walk, but doable), and in a great spot for restaurants and the sights of Verona. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again when back in Verona. Thank you Elena for your wonderful hospitality!

The host was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. The hotel as well as rooms were very clean, modern, new and comfortable. The lift was very useful. An excellent and rich breakfast was a real treat! Car was parked inside the fence, very big plus. Very close to the city center, just 5-10 min walk. I appreciated the fence and entrance only for guests, a welcoming extra safety feature 👌 We recommend it to couples as well as family.

The San Zeno is comfortably near the centre but at the same time is well away from the chaotic flow of traffic and tourists. The Residence is only 10 minutes by car from Verona's fairgrounds.
