The apartment is really old, without any renovation last many many years.
The floor was damaged, with many scratches, most of the shockers weren’t functional, the lights was only one lamp in the entrance and after that just one other lamp in the main space. If you want to cook something also it’s not easy, and lastly is crazy an apartment without Wifi. The owner told us that for that period is out of working.
The worst was that the alarm start ringing around 2.30 am but nobody helps me that time.
The good is that has parking inside the building and the check in is easy going.

It’s a lovely accommodation this appartement. It has a beautiful view and everything we needed was there. From kitchen utensils, trash bags, toilet paper and even a bottle of bubble wine!
We enjoyed the private beach immensely, we think it’s a great asset. We would definitely recommend this place for a longer stay, price quality was super.

Large, clean room with balcony and seating. Easy to get to from airport. Great to have kettle, fridge and microwave . Modern bathroom and large towels which I always appreciate. Easy remote check in.

Absolutely stunning! Fantastic central location, newly furbished, well-equipted apartman with 2 double beds, with AC and fast wifi. Everything is new and modern. 24h coffee/coca/tea, in the mini fridge every morning juice, milk and water, on the table a basket of snacks (although the apartman is self-catering we had a full breakfast this way). Host lady is friendly, fluent English-speaking and helpful. Whenever I go back to Sardinia I would choose this apartman again. Thank You!

Everything was good. The towels were soft and smelled amazing. Fair breakfast, self-catering. The communication was very good. And the small chocolate as complementary made me happy :)
Location was brilliant very central and also close from all the restaurants I wanted to visit. I also chose this hotel for the interior. I enjoy staying in nice apartment hotel where it feel good. Not luxury but every detail of hotel renovation was very pleasant. The owner lady was very friendly. we chatted a lot. 80 years of family business and 40 years of her working - she told me how much she loved her work.
