THE VIEW! Waking up every morning looking over the lake and mountains was worth the money in itself (we chose an apartment with a lake view).
Beautiful, clean and sunny pool area.
The staff at the desk were friendly and welcoming and seemed to genuinely want you to have a nice stay.
The apartment was spacious and modern with a well equipped kitchen. The balcony was huge - complete with sun chairs aswell as the usual table and chairs.
Nice drinks and snacks available at the pool bar/cafe (try the limoncello spritz!).
We had a car but the walk into Malcesine was fine… about half an hour, slightly up hill on the way back.
There’s also a really good German Biergarten about 4 minutes walk away… would recommend!

The host Massimo is super friendly and helpful, makes sure that you will enjoy your holidays in every way possible. The apartment per si is great, perfect for 3 people. Good shower, good beds, excellent blinders - keep the room really dark (great for summer time). Location is also really good, 10min walking from the lake and the centre.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Attilio. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel right at home with a warm welcome, generous welcome drinks, and a fridge stocked with staples. The fresh rolls delivered each morning were such a thoughtful and delicious touch!
The apartment itself was spacious, elegantly modern, and immaculately clean. We have very high standards when it comes to accommodations, but we could not find a single fault during our stay. Everything was perfectly executed, from the spotless cleanliness to the strong water pressure in the shower, the incredibly comfortable bed, and the high quality of the amenities and inclusions. It’s clear that no detail was overlooked during its construction.
The apartment was also exceptionally quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The stunning views of the lake right outside the door and the easy access to nearby restaurants made the location unbeatable.
Oreste’s passion for hospitality shines through in every aspect of the stay. He, and his team, have created an inviting, comfortable, and serene atmosphere that made us feel truly cared for. The grounds were pristine, and while we didn’t use the pool, it looked incredibly inviting.
