The staff were super friendly. Mr.Muhsin was at the reception.He was so helpful during our stay at Kaipipillil apart hotel. And to be very honest the stay was awesome as per the money we spent. Totally worth it.
We booked this hotel from booking.com. when we arrived the hotel. They did not allow us to stay. They said Kaippillil apart hotel is only for INDIANS!!!!, but in booking.com it is not mentioned.

The apartment was spacious, bright and allows a lot of sunlight to enter on daytime. It is fully equipped, clean and well maintained!!The host is such a nice guy…The maintenance and services provided are really good..

Breakfast was not provided as it has many service apartment. The host Abhilash was great and always available to help.
For breakfast there are a few good restaurants close by like Asvin restaurant is 10 minutes walk away. If you cross the road, you can see a good tea stall.
The apartment is located near Kakkanad info park area. Would recommend anyone who visits on work purposes.
