for what I paid, this hotel was a dream. 3 bed apartment was amazing

Review 2 weeks September 2024. Arrived late due to cancellation of our flight from Malaysian Airlines. Nobody to greet us at 8pm or let us in! Called local What’s App telephone number and someone came within 5 minutes. The lady said our villa Cathy was under maintenance and they have upgraded us. So initially upset, but quickly relieved and yes it was an upgrade as had extra bedroom. Billiard room was upstairs instead of in lounge area downstairs. All good. A few minor things initially. A bulb not working etc. But first thing in the morning Agun our chief customer service chap. Sorted all the minor things we noticed initially. He also was a hero as our coffee we should not have brung, exploded in a case and covered our clothes and case was a sticky mess! Agun got our clothes laundered that day and cleaned our case as good as new. Great service and very appreciated. Holiday begins. Pool is was nice and cool. Luke warm and pump helped. I cleaned pool of plant debris. We stayed in Bradley. Highly recommend. Terrace with a view was great and had artificial grass as a base to lay on and sunbathe! All three rooms were ensuite and showers great pressure and hot if required! Towels , linen and toiletries changed regularly. Rooms and living area well cleaned. Even did our washing up for us! Water dispenser changed when required. The only issue is location to any resort nightlife like Kuta Legian or Seminyak! Best we could find was a very nice hotel 400m to the right. Called Sidewalk. Had a very nice Turkish kebab restaurant and Bintang at another bar was buy four get 1 free and get an ice bucket! £1.50 a bottle. Entertainment was Karaoke at best but others liked it! They had an amazing gourmet supermarket attached and catered for all tastes. Amazing bakery French baguettes fresh every day. Wagyu steaks to cook etc. Everything you could need if fending for yourself with no bars and restaurants around! But big pink supermarket opposite caters for most things.

Fell in love with this place My second time on Bali, I’ve been to many hotels, but this one was special. It felt so cozy in here, chill vibe, calm atmosphere, exactly what I needed. Big like for pool, perfect size and nice sunbeds// most of time I was the only one in there, feels like it was my private hotel)) my favorite spot was sofa on the balcony, weather was perfect for chilling outside, I stayed in first villa, view was nice from there and felt secluded After sun was so helpful that water is free and you don’t need to think about it at all, didn’t expect that, usually hotels in Bali likes to charge for water as much as possible😅 The only “cons” is that I felt a bit sorry for guy who carried huge luggage by spiral staircase, this staircase won’t be a good idea for family with kids or elderly. Love love love, Big thanks to this wonderful place, looking forward to come back here

Very peaceful place, good location, comfortable bed, staff very nice.

A beautifully designed place minimalist place, blending a Japanese Ondonesian aesthetic with everything you need.

nice quiet location but yet close to all amenities.

The facilities are cozy and clean, with a nice breakfast. The beds were confortable.

The staff are nice at this place very accommodating.

The pools are great as well as the apartment.
