If you don't mind walking, it's an easy walk to the old town but equally it's a simple drive or bus ride.

The room was great! The bed was very comfortable, there was a desk, cupboards, fridge, etc. The bathroom was really clean and nice.
The swimming pools looked great (although we didn't use them). There were a lot of facilities that we didn't have time to use, but their availability was already a plus.
The breakfast had several options. Not perfect, but pretty decent.

A nice room with comfortable beds. We had a little problem with the AC in our room leaking a bit. When we told the hotel manager in the morning, he apologized, and gave us both free breakfast. Very kind and hospitable! It was such a happy start to our day (and a very nice breakfast too.) Thanks again for your kindness!

Each apartment has a terrace facing the small and private beach in front of the apartment. The place is equipped with everything you need, and our host was very friendly, always available and ready to help! Very clean and well cared for property. Brilliant location, so close to the beach. Room just had a fridge but there was cooking facilities in communal spaces as well as an iron and hairdryer available

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Excellent location in the old town. Although it is very busy outside and backs on the a restaurant terrace it is quiet inside. It has everything you need for a self catering stay (we didn’t use it as we are out but wanted a washing machine). The internet works well too.
Villa Valentina is a small comfy apartment hotel. It is not topmodern, but it is familiar, and the staff superfriendly. Staff was helpful and gave us good tips and answered all our questions. Breakfast simple but well enough. 10 min walk to citybeach. Minimarket 4min away and good Pizza restaurang just behind the corner. Good private parking.
I really enjoyed my stay at this spacious apartment. The early check-in was convenient and appreciated. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Overall, the apartment was very comfortable and provided a great home-like experience.

Self catering. The apartment was spotless. It was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The location was great, easy to walk to all the sites and plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The sunset over the water each evening is not to be missed.
A superb apartment (B1) with a wraparound roof terrace. Bathroom was excellent & the whole place was spotlessly clean. Really well presented. The kitchen had all the facilities to suit a self catering stay. Located in a quiet harbor 10 mins by car from Zadar. Slightly tricky to find but up the side street, the road gets really narrow; when it opens wider again, the property is immediately on the left. Private off road parking that’s block paved. Recommended 👍🏻
