I have read the answer of the owner (see below) and I write here my comments about that:
1) I am not writing about the wrong property! It was your property, the only one we visited in Tucepi (and I did, since Booking certifies this). I am totally sure about what I am saying and I confirm what I have written from the start.
2) The chairs may be brand new (or we were in a different apartment than the one you are referring to), but their legs were very unstable and weak. You should take my advice seriously and check them better before someone else risk to get hurt.
3) I do not feel any joy in doing bad reports. My review history is full of reports (almost all), recent (also in Croatia, some still to be sent, and they will give excellent marks) and old, with very positive notes. When I give bad marks is for a reason and after having thought about it more than a day (as this was).
4) My wife had no problems. I fell down from the last step. My ankle is still aching a lot and I am still limping.

The hotel is very close to the beach, with a lot of exterior pools. They also have some free sunbeds on the beach for guests, but you have to go quite early to get one. Breakfast comes with plenty of options to choose from. Staff was very nice and helpful, always smiling.

Our room was small but modern and very attractive. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the terrace with the big beanbag chairs! The location was amazing! Just a few meters from a main beach. The breakfast, which was included, was great.

It's situated right next to the beach, all facilities are very clean and tidy, personnel is nice and kind, price is great, very affordable. We had strong WiFi signal also at the beach.

The location of the apartment is exceptional, across the path from the beach and the Marina is a short 5 minute walk.

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Aparthotel nicely furnished, friendly staff. View from the fifth floor was acceptable. Close to the beach. Private parking space in the garage (upon request in advance), although quite narrow spaces.
Although a sumptuous breakfast was available brig an apartment hotel cooking facilities were available in the room.I can honestly say that the Flora is the closest thing to perfection.Being located in Tucepi makes the Flora a very difficult place with which to part company.The mountain view balcony with its incredible sunsets is the perfect end to a perfect day.
We really enjoyed our 5-day stay at Aparthotel Flora Tucepi. It had nice facilities, welcoming and helpful staff and great peaceful location. We particularly liked our spacious and clean apartment and nice breakfast next to the pool area. The place had all it promised on the booking. Highly recommended for people who enjoy peace and comfort!
This aparthotel is fully equipped with new technology. The two managers were extremely kind, helpful and always cheerful. The atmosphere was amazing there. The rooms and the location were breathtaking. for us.
