The location is superb - in the center of Neo Klima, right next to the harbor. Within walking distance from the two beaches (Hovolo and Paraiso), tavernas, bakery, supermarkets.
The rooms are big, clean and comfortable.
The host is amazing. Dimitris is wonderful person, always available. He helped us a lot with everything we need to have the best holiday.

We stayed for 3 days, the staff was very nice and friendly. The cleanliness of the building was excellent. From the balcony you can see planes taking off and landing. Everything was fine. Although WiFi was very weak. Be careful, google maps showed it quite misleadingly.

We had a supermarket and a very good restaurant next to the building.

Beyond expectations. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and greenery all around. Clean apartments. It has everything you need plus things you didn't know you would need. They took care of every detail.
Excellent location, in the middle between the two most important on Skiathos: Koukounaires and Troulos beaches on one side and Skiathos town itself on the other.
There are also cute and discreet animals around: the lovely and shy dog Ramona and a couple of cats. And under the balcony in the surrounding greenery you can see sheep grazing. The friendly host Babis deserves all the praise.
Amongst rich greenery in the Episkopi area 700 metres from Skopelos Port, Villa Ble offers a bar and playground.

The villa is just from the cinema about Mediterranean! The balcony from a dream, olive trees, amazing smells, cozy atmosphere… if I ever be back to Skopelos I will stay here! The staff and host were super friendly and helpful, the host even brought our luggage to the port when we were departing, so we could walk through the city on our last day without need to return to the villa.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Self-catering. Great to be able to walk into Glossa from the villa. However, we could not drive up to the villa the short way as there was a car parked on the corner most days so the hire car could not make it. Fortunately, the villa manager reversed our car up the 1st day, at speed. We did not dare enter this way again - but drove around the long way for the 14 day stay.
