We were one of the first guests of Stay 365 Hotel andd would definitelly recommend to stay here. Staff is very friendly and helpful (due to Covid just ask for anything you miss in the room and they will help you, for example kitchen equipment). Rooms are very clean, tidy and modern. Parking is possible on the street infront of the hotel.

Pristine clean and recently renovated. Apartment is very spacious with full size fridge and everything you need and more in the kitchen. The area is not the most pleasant but having nice apartment with AC does make a change as it was quite hot.

spacious hotel with cool design located in a neighborhood of downtown/ central Heraklion, an easy walk to the touristic center (but nice to see how the locals live). Cool rooftop and pool, very comfortable bed, great shower, kitchen amenities, balcony - everything you need. The staff gave the best service I’ve ever had in any hotel. The friendliness was next level. I would def seek this out again when staying in Heraklion

Everything! This hotel offers great value for money. It has everything that one needs. The apartment (nr. 203, 6-8 October 2022) is very spacious, big sliding doors to the veranda, 2 sets of curtains, half tran and blinds, very good matras, lots of closets, very good and spacious utilities, shower, toilet and wel and fully equipped kitchen. The design is modern and there a lot of attention is paid to the smallest details. The furniture is comfortable and modern. Very food sound proof and high quality finish. I am traveling few times every year to Crete for business and finally I have found my hotel in Heraklion. All people in the reservation are extremely friendly and kind. 20 minutes walk to the city center and 5 minutes by car. 100 meters from the hotel there is a free Municipal shuttle to the centrum.

Lavris City Suites is ideal for people who want comfy beds with easy access from the ferry port, airport and the rest of the island as it is near KTEL Bus station - it is also on the main bus route for exploring Heraklion. It's friendly and with personal service from Dimitris and Maria who have been so helpful both times we have stayed there. It is just outside the city walls, so it is more open and less crowded to stay here. Walk until you are tired and then get a bus back. You can order breakfast in your room or there are a couple of coffee shops and a bakery close by where you can sit and people-watch.

Gold by name Gold by nature ! This brand new (March 2024) apartment is a real find. Beautifully renovated building with new apartments and marble everywhere. The room was a generous size and the ensuite stunning. The owner personally greeted us and was most helpful. A complimentary bottle of wine awaited our arrival. I very rarely rate a stay as 10 but this is one of them. Thoroughly recommended
