Two air conditioning units kept the room lovely and cool for sleeping, the beds were very comfy too.

Best views on Crete. Akropolis Studios is placed on the rock just by the sea, with beautiful view on the sea on one side and big mountains on the other side. It is one building in remote location, so it is extremely quite and peaceful. I had very good neighbors, but the balconies are well isolated from each other so even if you would have worse you are well isolated and just on your own with great view. In the night you hear the waves of the sea. The owner is great, very helpful. The interior is a bit on retro side, but all you need. If you want modern 5 star hotel, go to one, if you want best views and peaceful place go to Akropolis studios. There is big garden with nice plants and great place with tables to sit on the top of the rock with even better views. Lots of parking space (this is remote place you have to have a car). Also some space for kids to play. Very close to great Blue Flag beach of Korakas and if you want to got shopping or to Tavernas Plakias is also quite close. I totally recommend this place!

Short stay at this hotel. All staff friendly and helpful. Great location, just across from the beach. Pool is a good size for the hotel and comfortable loungers. Fantastic food, both dinner and breakfast. Room nice and a good bed. Parking adjacent to the hotel.

The accommodation is right next to the beach, so the view of the entire bay from the balcony is fantastic. We always had breakfast on the terrace and were happy to sit outside even after sunset. The room is clean (cleaned frequently, sheets and towels are changed), the bed is comfortable, the apartment is well equipped. The host is very kind and helpful. Due to its central location, everything is close by.

Attention to detail from the owners is excellent, exceptionally clean, modern and extra touches such as bottles of water as we arrived late, toiletries etc.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
We had a wonderful 1 night stay at this lovely countryside complex. The apartment was well equipped for self catering, Spacious & comfortable. The host "Captain Tom" greeted us like family and the pool is super large and clean. Free coffee & Tea available as and when you wish in a separate spacious room near the pool. All in All, a wonderful experience and one that we will certainly be coming back to soon. A huge thank you to Tom for making us feel so at home.
The location was amazing - right on the beachfront of an unspoilt beach in Frangokastello. The self-catering accommodation was perfect. Friendly host and attentive. Clean and well maintained. We returned for a further 2 nights at the end of our holiday and won't hesitate to return again in the future.

This place is a heaven for introverts - two small tavernas, couple of apart hotels in the areas and super nice wild beach. For me it was mostly the same filling as I remember from my vacations with parents in my childhood.
Food in tavernas is very nice. Quality of appartment was super high. Stairs to the beach - which was great as after a week of walking up and down I felt much healthy.
