The owners have clearly put a lot of love into this new property. The rooms were perfectly presented and our terrace was wonderful with a great view of the sunset. We loved its location out of town on the hill - incredibly peaceful but just a few minutes drive to the beach. You definitely need a car but there is plenty of parking. Alejandro the owner was really helpful too.

The views from the room are incredible to all of the beach, the size of the apartment is perfect, tavernas next door were delicious options for dinner, and really friendly service.

We had a great time at Kavousi Resort. Room, cleanliness, breakfast, everything was at least meeting our expectations if not more. And we had high expectations already. Our host and and the entire staff were very attentive about our needs and made us feel like home. It's also in a good location in order to go and visit various places and beaches in the Chania region and that's what we did. We will gladly return here in the future!

We spent one week at this aparthotel in June 2023. We booked a studio with a sea view on the 1st floor. The studio is rather small, but quite sufficient for 2 guests and very well organized. There are no any remarks about cleanness – the studio is very clean and kept at very good conditions. Soundproof is well done. There is everything necessary for cooking - kitchenware, stovetop, fridge… There is a smart TV set (we were watching Netflix movies on I do not know whose expense). WiFi speed is limited, but enough to read news and watch YouTube. Breakfast is very good, as promised. For dinner we would recommend to go to “Taverna Falasarna” which is just around the corner. Location is perfect – right on the famous Falasarna beaches! The stuff is very friendly and we wish them all the best!

The place is very well located just few minutes from the beach. The view from the balcony was very nice, and the food from the Taverna was amazing, with a delicious Moussaka. I highly recommend this place in Falassarna.

Cute home in a good location. The neighbors dog was very sweet. Restaurants, beach, and store near by. There is a company at Falassarna Beach that has jet boats that seat 17 people that can take you to Balos Lagoon for only 50 Euros vs the crowded ferry. Amazing trip with water that us so ever beautiful.

Quiet location outside of Kissamos in a beautiful area full of olive trees and great restaurants closeby. Hosts are wonderful. There is a great balcony overlooking the sea. Accommodation has a kitchenette and big living room. Parking.

Hotel for a quiet stay. Remote from a large crowd of people, located 50 meters from the sea, has a small but cozy and well-maintained garden. The hotel is very clean (regular cleaning and changing of clothes), very friendly, welcoming staff (nice family), European breakfast (everything is always fresh and tasty), the price of umbrellas and beds on the beach is included in the room rate, the entrance to the sea is not convenient for everyone (stone slab), but on the right side of the beach there is a sandy entrance to the sea, although there are noticeably more people. The nearest restaurant is about 1 kilometer away. It is very desirable to have a car.
