The owners have clearly put a lot of love into this new property. The rooms were perfectly presented and our terrace was wonderful with a great view of the sunset. We loved its location out of town on the hill - incredibly peaceful but just a few minutes drive to the beach. You definitely need a car but there is plenty of parking. Alejandro the owner was really helpful too.

We had a great time at Kavousi Resort. Room, cleanliness, breakfast, everything was at least meeting our expectations if not more. And we had high expectations already. Our host and and the entire staff were very attentive about our needs and made us feel like home. It's also in a good location in order to go and visit various places and beaches in the Chania region and that's what we did. We will gladly return here in the future!

Hotel location is superb and the views are amazing - rooms are overlooking Falasarna beach with the most beautiful blue colors. Rooms are modern with comfortable beds, modern bathroom, a balcony and a small kitchenette that had everything we needed. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day. Beach can be reach in 5 minutes and has natural shades from pine trees. There are few tavernas, supermarket and a great bar (Orange Blue) where you can watch the sunset. Every morning we were enjoying excellent breakfast, made by the hands of the owner, so we felt like home. All the staff is lovely, thank you for everything!!! I cannot recommend this place enough, we had outstanding family holiday!

Cute home in a good location. The neighbors dog was very sweet. Restaurants, beach, and store near by. There is a company at Falassarna Beach that has jet boats that seat 17 people that can take you to Balos Lagoon for only 50 Euros vs the crowded ferry. Amazing trip with water that us so ever beautiful.
