We have been staying at Roula Apartment with partial sea view for 11 nights. I was in many hotels, but not even in 5 stars hotels you can find such an amazing and welcoming service like here. Before to choose Roula Apartment we have been watching a lot of apartments on Zakynthos, but we were so lucky to find this place. Nice small beach with incredible clear water! 30 seconds away from free sun beds in the beautiful garden. In Argassi it is not so crazy like in Laganas, but anyway so much restaurants and things to do. So this place is perfect for vacation. About our room: it was the same like on photos. You have all what u need - small kitchen (with all staff) to make breakfast or dinner, really cool romantic shower 😅, very good air conditioner and balcony with sea view! But what makes this place more perfect - its the owner - Roula, who is so friendly and welcoming, so kind and she does everything to make guests happy during their stay. She is always there for her guests - she gave us advices, always helped us and always asked if all is good. Every time our room was clean and we had new fresh towels (as I said not always even in 5 stars hotels you can find such service). And if you read this and think to book here room or not - believe, Roula Apartment is the best what you can find on Zakynthos. We miss so much this place 😢 I was really crying when we had to leave! The rooms are perfect - we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfortable. Dimitris is a very friendly person. Special thanks to him for driving us to the town. If we come to Zakynthos again, we will stay at Ilaeira rooms.

Its small hotel with very friendly atmosphere. There were enough sunbeds at the swimming pool and at the see side although it was middle of summer time (unlike what you can meet in the big chain of hotels). The hotel is located at the see side and breeze from the see make you refreshed. The hotel is located at the main street with a lot of restaurants and bar. I could stay again in this hotel

The place is perfectly located close enough to walk to everything but also far enough not to have to worry about all the noise on the main road. Everything is in walking distance: grocery stores, places to eat, the beach, pharmacy, mini golf course and so on. The host is very welcoming and will help with anything you ask without intruding. The bed rooms have AC units but we didn’t really use them at the begging of June as the weather at night was simply perfect.

We got a free upgrade to a suite, wich was brilliant. Very stylish, big, sea view... clean and every day new nespresso cups. Highly reccommended! Breakfast delivered in our room, excellent service!

A small block of 6 apartments with a lovely pool area , which for most of the day we had to ourselves, the whole area was clean and tidy .the pool was the main reason we chose this apartment over others. Nice spacious room with a kitchenette, which was supplied with everything that you would need . The owner/manager nicoletta was very friendly and helpful, we will definitely return

Breakfast was available, but we didn't use it, so we can't rate it. But the snacks that could be ordered at any time of the day were very tasty, so the same goes for breakfast probably. The hotel is in a pleasant location, with its own garden for sunbathing, literally a few steps to the sea. There are several restaurants of different price ranges within walking distance, all with excellent food. There is also a car rental and several shops nearby. And on top of that all, the hotel's very helpful and kind staff. Just great!

This hotel turned out to be a wonderful little treasure. We stayed in room 315 with a nice view on the beach/ sunrise. The staff is really great, rooms are very clean. We liked the beds very much. We liked the pool and being able to go to the beach. The first week we stayed in Vasilikos and went often to beaches. The week that we stayed in this hotel, we did more trips around the island.

Kalamaki Beach, where the Caretta Caretta turtle lays its eggs, is 7 km away. Free private parking is available on site.

One of the best ever places we've stayed at. Simply perfect for families. Comfy rooms with the view over Argassi bay and the hotel pool. Free access to the pool which the kids love. Great food at the hotel restaurant, you can get anything from pizzas, gyros, deserts, ice cream, cocktails etc. The members of the family that run the hotel are always extremely kind and helpful. Plus it is located a pleasant 10-minute walk from the centre of Argassi where there are tons of great restaurants and shops. A simply amazing place and if we ever decided to go back to the south of Zakyntos we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but here.
