Exceptional location right by the beach, which is perfect for small children (soft sand and a shallow bay with crystal clear water). We had such a nice view of sunrise and sunset from the room on the sunset side of the building. Nice pool with enough sunloungers. Very friendly sisters, who run everything. Good air conditioning. Apartments seemed newly renovated/built. Host was really nice and we received a very warm welcome. The balcony was great to enjoy the evenings. In the garden there are hammocks to chill. Additional remark: We had a small scooter accident. Host drove us to the medical center in the next city, waited for us and took us back home. Much appreciated.

Dionysias place is like paradies, a wonderful quiet place in the middle of olivetrees, a marvelous garden and balcony, well-tended with love and care from Dionysia, a small bay 2 minutes from the house, on the balcony you can hear the sea and see the horizon. We are very thankfull and happy to disover this magique place, like a peaceful and calm oasis in the middle of a touristic zone of Zakynthos. We will surely come back.

Ruassi Studios are definitely great value for money. Very clean, very good WI-FI in every corner of the house and garden, very friendly and helpful hosts. Pictures reflect the facility faithfully. The jewel of the property is the lovely garden, which in reality looks even better than on pictures. The grass is so thick and smooth as a carpet. The main beach and good restaurants are within 3 minutes walk, Supermarkets 5 minutes. We enjoyed the stay at Dionysios’ house and would recommend it warmly.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, extremely nice host, apartment is exactly direct at the sea and the next beach is 2 min walk. Also the restaurant and bar is directly in the same house, so you'll never be hungry and they are preparing delicious meals! Soap, towels, air conditioning, our own little garden, everything was available.
