Looking for a serviced apartment?
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
We were self catering so got our own breakfast. The kitchen was very well stocked and beautifully clean. We were so comfortable - beds and bedding excellent, lounge relaxing with large tv, books and puzzles, and bathroom superb, and again beautifully clean with pristine white towels. Shower and large freestanding bath. Nothing was forgotten. We liked having good recycling facilities too for food waste and paper etc.
Everything. Location, Accommodation and views. Had everything you need for self catering. Clean and welcoming. Only a short drive to Wells. And a 10 - 20 min drive to Glastonbury. Hosts we're friendly and welcoming.
Would 100% recommend this place to anyone and would book again in future.

Across the road from a traditional pub (Cheddar "Gorge Best" and Hopback "Summer Lightning" for the ale lovers).

Tastefully appointed apartment, Garden Suite 1, in a quiet country location but convenient for the city of Wells. Great water pressure in the ensuite shower. Lots of little unexpected extras not usually found in self catering accommodation, like bathrobes, chocolates, welcome cream tea, a well equipped kitchen and high end furniture. We will be back!
Self catering property in excellent location for local sites. Only 2 miles from Wells with Glastonbury,
Bath within easy reach. Number of National Trust properties (of interest to us) within the area.
Three pubs within walking distance. Well equipped kitchen, very large comfortable bed and lounge area upstairs with 3 seater sofa and single chair, coffee table and large flat screen |TV
Self catering. All equipment I needed was there. Bed was very comfortable. It was easy distance to Wells City and many attractions in the area. Plenty of places to eat if not inclined to cook, including the pub fronting the cottages.
Lovely quiet location. Everything needed there for self catering. Good safe parking.
