Everything. Staffs were warm and friendly esp Olivia at reception, facilities were great. We were given an upgrade and the room was perfect - spacious, clean and comfy. The was daily cleaning of the room. The hotel was right at the centre of the shopping area. Near Hard Rock Cafe, near Victoria Station, access to free bus (stop CZ opposite M&S and Stop NK Printwork) to Picadilly Station, access to tram.

5 min walk from Piccadilly train station. Stayed in 513 it was a v roomy one bed. Everything was spotless and fridge had milk n water in. Tea, coffee and sugar were provided with refills available from reception if required. Nice bar and restaurant on site. As is often the case in Manchester, it rained so we didn’t get to try out the bar terrace. 😀. We highly recommend!
