Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
The location was very good. It was very close to Loch Ness. It was within a housing estate which was very quiet. There was parking available. The accommodation was nicely decorated and had a lot of facilities for self catering (fridge-freezer, cutlery, plates, cups etc). There was an en-suite with both bath and shower. There was also a free-standing oil heater which warmed up the room very quickly.
Self catering room with remote check in. Good for a 1 night stay but not for longer stays as the room was really small. On the whole satisfactory since our aim was having where to shower and sleep.
Quiet location but easy walking distance to pub/restaurant and all facilities of the Retail Park. Self catering facilities available. Great price for this time of year in Inverness. A warm welcome from the staff.
Self catering so needed to buy in or go out for breakfast. However so many other items needed for a stay were provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up liquid, which all went to make for a very pleasant couple of days. Very comfortable beds
Felt brand new. Furnishing luxurious. Well decorated and stocked with provisions and equipment for self catering. Nice patio area to sit out on an evening.
Location and value related to self service apartment - more room than hotel but we had hotel-like service. Breakfast was good and on site pizza was delicious.
