    Flat is in a great location in the centre of town and far more spacious than it looks on the photos. Has everything you need for a self-catering stay. The flat was very clean and appreciated that staples were provided in the kitchen.

    Excellent location with view over the harbor and beyond. Easy parking. Very comfortable set up with large open plan kitchen-dinning-lounge area and 2 good sized bedrooms upstairs. Nice touches included small welcome pack and also dishwasher tablets/ laundry detergent / refuse bags etc which not all self catering properties provide.

    The self catering facilities allowed us to cook almost as if we were at home, and there was plenty of space for all six of us, despite the winter weather. In summer, this would be an even better place to be, making use of the outdoor spaces too.

    Great welcome pack most appreciated by the teenagers who got in there before the adults 😂. Accommodation was absolutely spotless and what a view. Great location to explore the local area and everything you’d need in a self catering flat. Let’s not forget the waterfall shower which was brilliant with lovely soft towels provided. Did I say how great it is. Will most definitely be back although I’d like to keep this little gem to myself.

    Room with self catering option available, although we did not require it. Beautiful location, palatial decor, newly refurbished bathroom with plenty hot water available in shower. Very clean.

    I was working in Elgin for the weekend and booked Grampian Serviced Apartments for the first time. The flat was exceptional. And. ....beds were so comfy. Best sleep in a long time. Very good value for money and l facilities within were excellent. This flat is certainly 'the jewel in the crown'. The host was very accomodating and communication from the time of booking was exceptional. I will most definitely book again.

    Everything! 😁 The use of the available space was well thought through and the view was impressive! The soft furnishings and bedding are high quality and the bed is very comfortable. The Bothy was well equipped for self catering. Small details like the Highland Soap Co. products was a lovely touch. Free range peacocks and hens were a quirky extra and at no point intrusive. Our hosts were charming and the welcome basket was very thoughtful. Relaxing base within easy reach of the coast and wider Moray area.
