The great value for the money! The location is just a few blocks from the metro with about 30 min ride to most attractions. A good variety of restaurants around, a grocery store behind the building and gas station nearby. A small kitchenette with fridge and free coffee/cappuccino/mineral water in the lobby area for residents which saved us quite a lot for breakfasts. The hotel has a private covered garage for a reasonable fee compared to other hotels, make sure to reserve a spot in advance.

Great location and 24 hour reception in a timeshare location. Of note, we saw some bedbugs on our wall after 2nd night but the staff was incredibly professional and moved us to a new room and gave money for laundry. I think it was a very small infestation, as it was just a couple bugs and we never got bit. I think the hotel took it seriously and treated the room promptly. I know Paris has had a rash of bed bug problems lately, and I don’t blame the hotel for this- they’re hard to see and come out at night.

Good value for money. Bed was comfortable. Would be great if they prepare the sofa bed for us. Nonetheless ot was easy to set ot up anyway. Room was warm and comfortable. The staff was nice and accomodating. To me its not like a 4 or 5 star hotel but the amenities was sufficient. Still 10/10 rating for me. The big plus was they have a luggage room so if you arrive early or want to leave your luggage after checking out you can do so with no extra charge. Location was ideal as well. Located near the motorway that circles Paris city. Also near to metro and tram stops.

The stay was perfect. Hotel is near the metro station (line 12), 10 minutes walk, and it also has the tram station 100 meters away. The apartment (living room, bedroom and bathroom) was clean and spacious, we have stayed here for four nights, so cannot tell anything about the cleaning service. However, it turned out that we can see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony! The view in the evening/night was beautiful. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Cannot find any disadvantage!

Great stay. Room was clean. Kitchen and accessories for food prep. Big enough for four. Access was thoroughly explained. Owner was responsive. Safe area. Location right beside metro stop. The stop also sold transportation day passes, so super handy. Would definitely stay again.

Location is not very central, but close to the Metro station which makes it fairly accessible. Not many restaurants in the area, but perfect if you want a place to sleep. There are some supermarkets around it so you can easily make breakfast or prepare a snack. Staff was very friendly and open in answering questions and giving tips and tricks.
