The chalet was brilliant for a couple. The reception staff were really helpful. Our arrival was delayed by the heavy traffic and a key and access information was arranged for us . Great kitchen facilities. Good bathroom with bath and shower. Comfortable bed. Lots of storage in the entrance hall of the chalet. Little safe inside. Ski locker downstairs and ski out just a few metres up the road. Nice to have use of sauna and steam room in next door chalet. The cleaners came twice which was great. The free bus stopped very close by but it was an easy walk to the ski area and in to the village.

The staff and concierge are wonderful and the location of the hotel.
The hotel service and staff are exceptional to any hotel I have stayed in. Nicolas and others of the team at the concierge were so nice and helpful and went out of their way to help us for anything we asked.
Spa was ok and the sauna was good. Massage was very good.
The apartment was great, spacious enough for 4 of us and well equipped for a self catering stay. The location was also really good, close to town and all amenities.
