We arrived much later than announced as the car broke down on the highway. The hotel called us to confirm our arrival and left instructions as the reception would be closed. The garage entrance door was broken but the instructions were crystal clear on what to do; they really tried to make the effort to make our arrival easy and smooth as it was late at night.
