Wonderful lake view. Very clean, some welcome treats left. No in person contact, but if needed always in touch through sms. Just on the lake, all the activities on site, like ebike rental. Enough parking spaces for all the apartments. Would recommend to everybody. Hope to come back next year.

Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. All the appliances were brand new. They had all the facilities in the complex such as gym, sauna and play room for kids. The lake view is fantastic.

We were very happy with the room, both comfortable and modern. It was impeccable clean, and it has all the amenities needed. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful with touristy advices and commuting information from Annecy to our further destinations. Located at walking distance from the old city and transport lines, including the rail and regional bus stations. Nearby, we could find convenience stores and eateries. Very good!

It has a small kitchen with a Dishwasher and all the required Cutlery which was very helpful in making our own Dinner. The location is very good as it is just 5 minutes walk from the Train Station. They also have good complementary coffee anytime you want.
