We were participating for a running event that started in Basel and this hotel had an excellent location for that (short walking distance to Basel tram stop). It was even not that difficult to walk the distance when coming back after the marathon! Nice restaurant across the street and sufficient supermarket also close. Good beds and clean room with a proper kitchen.

Hotel was clean with comfortable rooms. If you need anything they are providing you. The staff was extremely friendly we had easy check in, they recommended us some places. Location was good even though it is not in the center there is a bus station right at the entrance of the hotel and we could go to the center in 6-7 mins. The breakfast was super you will find whatever you need.

Excellent place for longer stay than one night. Good connection by tram with the city center. Close to the zoo. Stuff was vary helpful with Basel city card and other requests. Apartment equipped in washing mashine, dryer and all kitchen stuff. Tarrace for warm days also is a benefit
