Gorgeous property. New, everything in perfect condition. Really lovely beds and beautiful linen. Few extras such as tea and coffee. Oil and balsamic for when dining in made stay really enjoyable. We traveled as small group, one couple and a friend. Booked 3 bedroom flat to ensure had 2 bathrooms, was surprised only 1 toilet but it all worked out as toilet was separate room. Hôtel also has a lift. Looks exactly like photos for 3 bedroom apartment. Highly recommend if going to Lille.

We liked everything about Au30. Franck and Bertille could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and charming. We really enjoyed having a sauna within the privacy of the apartment. That was such an unusual feature. The location could not have been more convenient to all the sights we wished to visit in lovely Lille. Both rail stations are in easy walking distance of the apartment, which was important to us as we were able to easily transport our luggage back and forth. The apartment is a few streets away from the main activity of the city, so while convenient, it was very quiet at night. We would not hesitate to stay at Au30 again, or to recommend it to friends.

The property had a superb location , beside the train station in the centre of Lille. The apartment was clean and despite having only one bathroom, was comfortable for our group of 5. It was very well stocked with tea, coffee, etc.
