They provide a large house that can easily sleep 6 adults. The house is fully equipped with everything you have at a normal house and so it was really great to stay here. Wish we had stayed more nights as we had already made plans suitable for only one night. The kitchen facilities are great. The beds are firm and comfortable. The backyard is nice to enjoy some fresh air with your food. Overall, an amazing stay.

We didn't use the spa facilities but have to say they looked very good. The location was very peaceful, close to the river and a park, with private parking. We were able to walk to Ile des Machines in Nantes, and also walked to local restaurant for dinner.
The apartment was fabulously spacious and had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was very comfy. Having your own patio/garden to sit in was a lovely luxury.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
