Location is superb as it is very close to the centre of Monaco, Casino etc... The room was spacious and well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. The bonus of a roof top pool was also great.

Closeness to the train station, smooth check-in, spacious room and bathroom, everywhere was very clean, lovely selection at breakfast, friendly staff, very secure (liked the in-room safe), comfortable double bed, air-conditioning worked well, nice to have Nespresso pods included for the in-room coffee machine. We borrowed a beach mat from the reception, in fact there was a great selection of items to borrow. Great to have the use of additional towels for the swimming pool sun loungers. Couldn’t fault anything.

The location is excellent. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there’s a Carrefour City supermarket next door. We thought it would be good for the basics and we’d have to go to a bigger supermarket to get the rest, but it actually provided everything we needed for the fortnight, including fresh bread throughout the day. Carnoles-Roquebrune station is only a 10 minute walk away, from where you can get the train into Italy or along the coast to Nice and Cannes. Although we had driven down we hardly used the car except for a couple of trips that were too long by public transport. There are a number of bars and restaurants in the immediate area, but we found there’s a better and bigger selection in Menton, which is just a few minutes on the train or a 35 minute or so walk. Parking in the underground car park felt very secure. Apartment was generally well equipped and clean, with plenty of storage for clothes and a good sized balcony. The rooftop pool was a really nice setup as well. There was also the bonus of the maid service halfway through the stay changing the bedding and replacing the towels.

Very nice one room apartment in a small complex with a nice courtyard. Comfortable and well furnished room. Would go back. Prompt communication fromt he owner. The location is a little far from the sea front (that is what it is and I knew it upfront, so it's not a criticism), but the area feels quiet and safe with a cafe, boulongerie and an Aldi nearby.

The location with respect to the city center and my conference venue was excellent. The on site staff wasn't there much, but was helpful and friendly if you managed to catch them.
La Maison Lamartine provides accommodation with free WiFi in Nice city centre, a 5-minute walk away from Nice-Ville Train Station and Jean Médecin Tram Stop.

The room was spotless. The bed linen was excellent quality and the bed was very comfortable. There was very good water pressure in the shower. The location was perfect. The main attractions were all within a 10 minute walk.
The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and variety. The staff, led by Corina, were superb. Their service was exceptional. They were so attentive, helpful, efficient, and welcoming. This is a real gem of a place to stay.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.

We were self catering. Kitchen had everthing you might need. There were vending machines in lobby if needed. Parking attached to hotel, Seemed reasonable price for location. We come from London so enough said about that.

The swimming pool was fabulous.
The location was brilliant - just a street away from Monaco without paying the premium. Very easy to get in and out - although definitely ask about the lifts to get you easily down to sea level! There is also a brilliant supermarche and bakery around the corner, which makes the self catering aspect very easy. The apartment itself is quite basic but it was all workable and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
In terms of location, this aparthotel is absolutely ideal. It's conveniently situated near all the attractions, making it a safe and convenient choice for our group of three girls. While they couldn't accommodate our request for early check-in, they did offer a luggage room where we could drop off our bags in advance. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent and gave us a great start to each day. Considering the generally high costs of staying in Monaco, this aparthotel offers good value for money.
Location is excellent with parking nearby, restaurants and supermarkets very close! Very glad that they could provide us with a fan when requested. The aparthotel is located in a noisy street but the isolation in the room is great that it will cut out all the noises when we shut the balcony door (we stayed on the 7th floor by the way).

Kitchen is small, but this is a apart hotel, so it has just the minimum we needed. Rooms and bathroom are well provided, and staff is very nice. Strong wifi. Beds are ok.
The Aparthotel is situated near the train station and has a convenient central location to main places. There was all needed kitchenware in the room. I was greatly grateful to the staff for providing the room with a balcony within my request of changing the room. Thanks to the staff for the nice hospitality during my stay.
